I updated my local branch to include partitioning through collection. Now the collection function can take a list of directories separated by the vertical bar (|) to represent each partition. Still testing to make sure everything is correct, but it looks like the new partition allows VXQuery to utilize more of the local cpu. Basically one partition for each thread for my computer using a SSD.
