After running apt-get update I tend to get this: W: There is no public key available for the following key IDs: B5D0C804ADB11277 W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
I already ran apt-get update... i tried runnign apt-key update too... but same.. is it crucial? Then when I try to do a 'apt-get install mdadm', sometime it works (i got it to once only in fact), otherwise it always show me this: vyatta:~# apt-get install mdadm Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Recommended packages: mail-transport-agent The following NEW packages will be installed: mdadm 0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 83 not upgraded. E: I wasn't able to locate file for the mdadm package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package. I am running off the livecd directly... Thanks! Daren, The following repository config works fine for me using livecd vc2-2: system { package { repository community { component: "main" url: "http://archive.vyatta.com/vyatta" } repository etch { component: "main" url: "http://http.us.debian.org/debian" } } } from rootsh, apt-get update && apt-get install mdadm Daren Tay wrote: > Hi guys, need to revisit this issue again > > I've tried to get mdadm using "apt-get" but it gave me errors... when I boot > from LiveCD. > In fact, so far I've not been able to update using the default Vyatta > repository for apt-get.
