Not yet, but it is one of the enhancements requested in bug 2730 (https://bugzilla.vyatta.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2730). To keep it a permanent setting, you can modify the perl script that generates it; it's /opt/vyatta/sbin/vyatta-update-cluster.pl in VC4.
