Dear Mr. Shafie
Is it somehow possible to make w2x write <col> tags containing the width 
information. Currently the column width information is on the <colgroup> tag. 
Background: Princexml the PDF rederer we use expects the width information on 
the <col> tag.

This question is about XSLT and not about our product. Please do not 
send this kind of question to this mailing list.

I would recommend in the future to consider modifying (that is, tidying 
up) the source DOCX document using MS-Word prior to running w2x.

Case 1) Add a custom heading style to the corresponding DOCX paragraphs.
Case 2) Add numbering to the corresponding DOCX headings.

This being said, please find attached to this email an XSLT file which 
should implement what you want. Note that I have not tested attached 
XSLT file.
