I’m working on version 1.2.2.
Most headings found in your sample DOCX have *two* bookmarks:
1) the first one "_bookmarki" probably coming from a TOC you have deleted,
2) the second one being the bookmark you have added by hand to specify
the filename of the corresponding generated topic.
W2X picks the first one because something like "_bookmark1" looks good
(human) too.
You'll have to remove all the automatic "_bookmarki" bookmarks to let
W2X see your own bookmarks.
Fortunately this is quick and easy. Suffice to check "Hidden Bookmarks"
in the MS-Word "Bookmark" dialog box and then delete the unwanted
bookmarks. See attached screenshot.
I've done this in your sample DOCX and this solves the problem.
