I cannot find the rates for custom developments on your website any more.
How much would be the 2 hours?

Sorry but I'm not sure to understand what you want.

w2x first converts DOCX to styled XHTML and then optionally to a number
of other formats like semantic XHTML, EPUB, Web Help, DITA, DocBook.

Which output format supported by w2x do you target?

If it's an XHTML-based output format (e.g. EPUB), please send us a
realistic, hand-written XHTML sample containing the kind of markup you
    expect from w2x.

--> Let's suppose you simply generate styled XHTML out of your DOCX files.

Let's suppose I *really* understood what you want, though -no offense
intended- "inline [footnote] … [/footnote] markup" sounds like a joke.

Out of the box, w2x generates a footnote callout looking like this:

    <a class="role-footnote-ref" href="#__FN2__">2</a>

along with a footnote body looking like this:

    <div class="role-footnote" id="__FN2__"> … </div>.

Transforming the footnote callout and the footnote body to inline
    "[footnote] … [/footnote]" markup represents at least a 2-hour
customization service. I'm afraid this customization service is not part
of standard support (see "Support Policy",
    http://www.xmlmind.com/w2x/support_policy.html).

OTOH, if you are willing to implement this yourself, please do not
hesitate to send us another email containing all the information
    requested above.
