Sorry for the delay, but I was waiting for the w3af dependency developers to port their code to python 2.6.
The prerequisite list that have been ported to python are: pycairo-1.4.12-2.win32-py2.6.exe pygobject-2.14.2-2.win32-py2.6.exe pygtk-2.12.1-2.win32-py2.6.exe pywin32-212.win32-py2.6.exe Still waiting for a port to python 2.6: cluster-1.1.1b3.win32.exe dnet-1.12.win32-py2.5.exe pcap-1.1-scapy.win32-py2.5.exe pyOpenSSL-0.8.winxp32-py2.5.exe pyparsing-1.5.0.win32.exe pyreadline-1.5-win32-setup.exe It seems that w3af won't work in Python 2.6 + Windows in a long time! -- Ulises U.
