Guys,

    I just commited a couple of HTTP related performance improvements:

- [0] Made the gzip handler work as expected. Now we actually send the
correct header and receive the compressed data! Noticable speed boost
in servers that support gzip encoding.
- [1] Added the If-None-Match header to all requests sent during the
audit phase to reduce HTTP traffic if the remote server supports
ETag/If-None-Match.
