Javier,

    The script seems to keep adding tickets which are
closed/fixed/duplicates to the ticket summary. Could you please review
why? Also, the grouping doesn't work very well, what if you change the
script to extract the traceback from the error using a regular
expression and perform the grouping based only on that?
