Folks,

Usually it's easy to find someone to sublet my nice apartment for the summer. But not so far this year. Maybe you know someone who needs a place. Here are the details:

I'm leaving for my 7th summer in the high country and subletting my nice Boulder apartment on University Hill for the bargain price of $500/month. I'll be leaving about June 25 and returning about Sept. 1. Exact dates are negotiable.

I live 150 feet from a HOP bus stop and 3 blocks from all the Broadway buses, at 1130 11th St. It's 5 blocks from Chautauqua Park and the best hiking trails here. It's 6 blocks to a Wild Oats food store and another 3 to the Pearl St. Mall downtown. It's 3 blocks from the CU campus.

My apartment gets plenty of sun and has lots of plants -which you must water! It's about 400 square feet with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and full bath. You can use my TV with free basic cable and my stereo. You just have to put up with my stuff. We have wireless internet, too.

Instead of asking for a security deposit, since I'll be unreachable in the wilderness, I ask that you pay for the entire time you'll be here up front, including utilities of $60/mo.
