The screwup at Rattlesnake was "why didn't
they make it a selective fishery?? The first few years that I fished it,
after it had been closed for 25 yrs, it was fantastic, with 16-18" fish.
We have umpteen planter, take'em home lakes around the area and they made
Rattlesnake another planter lake. It is a very attractive area being
featured in the pictorial section of the Times. I don't get that
one.
Anybody catch a Triploid, or see one
caught?? That sounds like a good program to add some excitement to many of
the ho-hum waters. Jere
