I have fished with flys for about 3yrs and home based in Bothell
Washington, and use Swedes fly shop for materials I need to tie flys.
I made an attempt to tie when I was in High School, in Bellevue, but the
area didn't have as much shops to continue My pursuits, and of course the
Viet-nam war also hindered My development( Danang) and Submarine service in
Connecticut. I am a Construction Diver in the seattle area and as a Diver in
the Navy, dove the world over.
After divorce I found Time to tie and fish. My 16yr old Daughter also ties
but, She likes to be more creative than traditional. I tie hairs ear and a
thing called an Olive Willy for lakes and enjoy tying dry flys the most.
