I just love a thread like this.... I don't how many patterns of mine will sound familiar to you. Here it goes.... 1. Carey Bugger (lakes) 2. Flash 'n Prince 3. OBA (Olive Body Adams) Great BWO pattern! (still an Adams or not- you decide) 4. X Caddis 5. Hairy Bugger (nothing more than a dubbed body Bugger- heavily picked out) 6. Brite 'n Bite Midge (my own pattern) It amazes my that the above mentioned are my top producers..... (probably a confidence factor). What amazes me more is the fact that I carry probably 40 different patterns on an outing... Why? Don't know... maybe I don't want to be caught without the "right" pattern or possible I just feel naked without a vest on and one box tucked in the waders. For those of you that fished the salt with me know I only carry one box- strange huh? In the one box, I carry at least 20 different patterns.... Even I am shaking my head at this point.... John |
