Hi Eric,
could you explain a little bit what do you mean by making your own lines?
Do you just cut different commercial lines et make a new one with these
pieces of lines or do you create the line  entirely?
I'm asking this question because, I have made my own lines with pieces of
commercial ones and they are just wonderful, just the taper that i want.
I've also been trying to make a line with a backing, cotton thread and oil.
The result is not that bad but not excellent. Anyone has ever tried to make
a line??
