I just returned from Clackacraft boats. I ordered a new, flyfishing model
driftboat that I'm very excited about. I don't get it until May. After
that, anyone in the Idaho Falls area that wants to take a float trip, give

I'm done guiding and it's all pleasure now.
The owner of Clackacraft just got back from fishing in Cuba. Said it was
outstanding fishing. He mangrove fished and caught barracuda on white
poppers, lots of 'em, and many smaller tarpon, 10-30 lbs on tarpon flies.
I drew for a Smith River float. Jack Parker, the boat owner, will loan me a
large, cataraft inflateable for the Smith trip so that I don't scuff up my
new Clackacraft. We drew for June 23. That is great timing, but could be
iffy this year. I'm excited about taking the trip. Jere
