Les,
About 12 miles South of Spokane via Hwy 195 and it straddles Spangle Creek.
If you fly, it's about a mile North of the Spangle Airport.
It's also East of the Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge, so they are
probably wild mayflies. :-)
