I don't know if it's the one you're looking for, but Harvey Manning's Hikes
on the Beaches of Puget Sound should be available at most outdoor stores
(REI, etc) or directly from the Mountaineers. It lists all of the public (as
well as some not-so-public) access points and beaches.
