I hit Picnic Point from 3-5pm this afternoon, as the high tide was
growing, and proabably at the maximum point for currents. I saw several
fish jumping probably 150-200 yards offshore, but I had no hits. There
were several gear tossers out too, but none of them caught anything either.
BTW, on the way home I stopped at GI Joes in Lynwood to see what sort of
materials I could pick up for a list of stuff I wanted for freshwater
steelhead and salmon flies. I saw, and got caught by a whole bunch of
overpriced materials, and told sone of the guys about it. One price went
up, and I got a "so what" about a whole bunch of strung hackles being
labled as chinese necks at $6.99. I am going to call the management
about this tomorrow, as the Issaquah store is much better than this mess.
