Well, ended up on the Snoqualimie today with my brother in law showing me a few of the spots he knows between Carnation and Tokul. Saw only a couple fish in the water none taken, but I learned plenty. It's a good start for my quest for steel and salmon in the fresh, I've been reading and checking out some west side rivers since Aug. Lots of fun to be taken back to a situation where I know so little about technique and species behavior. Even cast a two handed spey today...what a great rhythm and motion.
