The Evening Hatch guide service fishes that water. If it were me, and I were truly interested in effectively fishing that water, I'd book a trip with those guys. That is river that not many folks have much experience fishing. You'd get way up the learning curve quickly, and learn a ton of information on how, when, what to use, etc., but going with those guys. I consider it 'tuition' to pay for my education on new water.
