I'm troubled by the outlook for Chopaka this summer, specifically the July 4th weekend. As Darin has asked, what alternatives do you good folks know about? A group of 4-6 of us head out fishing/camping every year, and Chopaka was our first choice. How about the Republic area ? Nice scenery and hiking are always pluses (we may have some non-fishers with us). Anybody? Thanks for your input!
