Ryan,
I would say that the first fish is a bull trout and that the second is
certainly a coho.

There are a number of small streams that have what I assume to be Dolly
Varden. Kindy Creek, a tributary of the Cascade River has some, as does
Downey Creek, a tributary of the Suiattle. Both are streams that have
extremely high gradients in their lower reaches, essentially a series of
waterfalls. Both of these streams are closed now until June 1st and looking
at the regulations, I see that "all freshwater areas are closed to fishing
for salmon, Dolly Varden/bull trout and grass carp unless listed as open" so
I assume that it would be illegal to target them even when they were open.
