I was thinking of floating and fishing the Skagit on Sunday from Swift Creek? to Rockport. Flows have been fluctuating dailey between 5,000 cfs and 7,500 cfs.
Is 7500 too high? It seems that the flows go up during the day. Does this give the fish lock jaw? Thanks, James
