Please excuse this question if it seems blatantly
obvious.
This morning I drove to the end of the road near the
power station. There is a boardwalk that goes down
near the pool below the Falls. At the entrance to the
boardwalk there is a sign that says something similar
to this: "Trespassers on the cliff or below the falls
will be prosecuted." I wish I could remember the exact
phrasing. It put some doubt in my mind about what was
acceptable in this area. I've seen kayakers carry
their boats in and launch them in the main pool.
I know it is against the regs to fish within 50' of
the power station. However, is it illegal to leave the
boardwalk and fish the stretch above the power station
and below the Falls pool?
