Hi Leland, Sorry I missed you at the IEFFC meeting last Tuesday, but I had a prior engagement that needed my presence there. I heard from the members that you gave an (as usual) outstanding presentation. Hopefully, if you ever get over here to the Spokane area again, please look me up. Th club is also where those two great books, "Flies of the Northwest" came from. I met Del Coppock who has probably caught more big fish on my popper than I have. He has been using poppers instead of polliwogs for the last two years in Alaska. Jerry Cartwright set up my show and was a gracious host. Swede (Al Peterson) unfortunately didn't make it. I would have loved to see him again.
