WAMUG READ ONLY MAIL Edition *, Vol. 16, released November 2001 =================================================== ============
The official publication of the Western Australian Macintosh Users' Group. <http://www.wamug.asn.au/> The next WAMUG meeting is at 7:30pm Tuesday November 6th. This Month ---------- This is a big month for new introductions to the WAMUG community! First of all, the crew from the new AppleCentre in Mt Hawthorn will be coming along to introduce themselves and let us know what they do. This will be followed by Highway 1, our new internet provider. They will be giving a discussion on the products and services they sell (and have an extremely quick website!). I will be giving a run down on the GMUG expo held during October! Can't wait for the iPod to hit the shelves? Why not win a Nomad MP3 player (worth $399) , kindly donated by the AppleCentre Joondalup! Be at the meeting to win! --- If you have any comments about the WAMUG ROM, please contact the editor Rod Lavington , via the address: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> WAMUG's Objectives ------------------ The West Australian Macintosh Users' Group was established in 1984 to provide the best possible means of connecting Users with the people and resources to help them; learn about, enjoy and maximise the use of their Macs.
