Dear WAMUGgers
Is it possible to:
1 Set up an AirPort Base Station for internet networking access,
connected remotely to all other computers, within 50 m AirPort
connection range?
Yes, of course.
2 Set up an AirPorted iMac (DV Graphite) to AirPort connect to this
Base Station?
Yes, of course.
3 Set up AirPorted iBooks to AirPort-connect to this DV iMac, using
it as a remote base station, able to connect to the main Base
Station, and from there gain internet access?
?
4 Connect the DV iMac to a hub to provide 10BaseT ethernet access
for ethernet-cabled Macs?
?
5 Allow DHCP, or other ethernet recognition, across this system?
?
6 Thereby allowing all Macs, cabled and AirPorted, to have network
and internet access at the same time.
Regards
Reg
