Can anyone out there manage to do the following under Mac OS X (10.1):
1) Plug a monitor into the back of a PowerBook G4
2) Plug a USB keyboard/mouse into the PBG4
3) Turn on video mirroring
4) Close the lid (puts the PB to sleep)
5) Click the mouse, or push a key on the USB keyboard to wake up the
PB (lid still closed) to get the monitor to work?
This doesn't seem to work, and it's annoying because I can't watch
DVD's on a larger monitor than the inbuilt PowerBook's screen without
going back into Mac OS 9.2.1 mode.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Darren.
