I have a supplier (negs) which I email artwork either as a pdf of SIT file - usually once a day. About 50% of the attachments I send become corrupt at their end. The fact is that it's only my files that become corrupt (ie. they receive about 15 other attachments a day without a hitch.) The problem seems to have started since I started using my G4 (400, 428mb, OS9.1, OE5) - I was using an 8600/250 until recently. However, when I "cc" the attachment to myself, it comes back OK every time!
Usualy, when I send the attachment a second time, it is OK. They receive their email on a Mac using netscape and we have both checked with our ISPs who can't see any problems. I would appreciate any thoughts or possible remedies. Many thanks, Travis
