Hi Ive just bought a 2nd hand wallstreet 233 with L2 cache
I cant seem to get ethernet working on it. When I go to the appletalk control panel and try to choose ethernet it say "there is a problem, check you network connections" or something like that. Ive tried erasing the hard drive and reinstalling the os...was using 8.6, now using 9.2.1, soon to update to 9.2.2 Ive owned heaps of mac and never had trouble with this before. Can anyone suggest something very simple that I am stupidly missing? Im starting to think its a hardware problem. It even happens when I boot up off the OS cd. Thanks for any help in advance. clay.
