I'm being disconnected without warning almost half the time I manage to connect using 10.2 on an iMac (17"). My G3 with external modem does not have that problem. When I advised Apple support/au they referred me to the modem updater referred to in document 106928/. However, that updater clearly states that it is not required for 10.2.
I suppose I'll have to wait around until the problem becomes more widespread before I find a solution. Suggestions? Vlad James
