I installed Spamfire recently (the PRO) version. With regular updates I can deal with all but a few, if they in turn are regular, I just add them to the list of filters.
The procedure is dead easy. Run Spamfire, have a quick look for real ones ( occasionally they get through) and delete the spam, then run email software.
