Publisher for Mac System 9.1

Hi,

I haven't been with WAmug for a while. Once there was a buy and sell 
section. Does that still operate?
I am interested in purchasing a Publisher for the Macintosh from 
someone who no longer uses it. I have an iMac and use system 9.1.
