I have just received a delivery from a US computer shop that was supposed to be a Griffin Powermate, unfortunately they have sent me a Griffin iMic instead, a product which is great but I already have one and don't want/need a second one:(

I'm waiting for a reply back to confirmation that they don't want to exchange it (sometime tomorrow or Friday) so it appears that the easiest thing for me to do would be for them to send me a PowerMate for the price difference and for me to sell off the iMic locally (will cost $15 P/H to return it)

Winthrop (UWA price) new is $Aud110, I paid $Aud62 which is what I'd sell it for (just want to cover my costs)

It's new and packaging is unopened.

Can be used for additional audio input and output. the input is switchable between line (CD, Tape, synth etc).and microphone levels and with additional software from Griffin can be used for direct connection to a turntable

Also with OSX (haven't tried it with 9 or lower) you can route the alert sounds to internal speaker and application (say itunes DVD player etc) to an external amp/speakers preventing annoying alert sounds from crashing your party/video night.

If anyone (Colin maybe?) is interested please e-mail me. I'll be looking to sell it reasonably quickly (say by Friday next week) so that's why I'm not interested in making a profit on it.
