A few hints I got one of these ages ago and yes the program is easy to use. It has a simple shunt facility too so hint number one is to print on plain paper first and see if your printer needs to shunt the image slightly....mine needed moved down and to the right a little.
There can also be a problem with the printing depending on your printer. Mine is a canon and the first problem had to do with the cut out lugs on the side catching on the rollers...easily fixed just put it in sideways it is square after all. The next problem took a little longer to solve....the labels were printing half way and stopping, this was due to the hole in the middle, the print head when it got to there thought the paper had ended and stopped. A bit of sticky tape over the hole either side didn't affect the print and fooled the printer.
