An associate of mine here is trying to create a database of all their
staff (DJs in this case) including all of their "profile" information
based oon their exisiting paper records.
Basic info is name / contact details and about 10 standard questions.
Total staff are about 50.
Anyone recommend a suitable solution under OS X?
I suspect they will ultimately be exporting (not live) the database
to the web so people can read about their staff.
There's always MySQL with PHP, but you need someone who knows what
they're doing to run it.
Failing that, AppleWorks has a minimal database built in, with the
advantage that you can export it to FileMaker relatively easily when
they decide the project is worthwhile enough to spend some money on.
