Still have issue with a number of apps not holding their preferences either IE is the main culprit here.
Any bright ideas welcomed - it is becoming annoying :-)
How much spare disk space have you got? Under 100Mb and you'll start seeing weird stuff happen, like apps unexpectedly quitting and preferences not staying set.
