OK, it's a long way from the new G5s I know, but my faithful old SE30seems to be at deaths door. When it's switched on, the screen shows upa whole bunch of horizontal stripes - and nothing else. I can hear the hard disk clicking away, so I don't think the disk has died. Anybody have any ideas???
Your description of the screen reminds me of a drama I had with a 6100/66 with bad RAM.
Fixed it with apple-brand RAM. Good Luck Paul
