It's not so much the difficulty - or lack thereof - of setup, as what
happens when, 3 months into your contract, they change the deal
completely and tell you it's your fault for wanting to leave. Or the
mails servers go down for a _month_... or the connection drops out for a
couple of days every month - etc. As you seem to have the option of a
very long contract, or an even longer one, there's little you can do
about it if they stuff you about.

Then again, I'm a /really/ bitter ex-Bigpond Cable customer.
