Should I install any Firewall other than what is inbuilt in
OSX10.3.3? I feel a little exposed especially now that I am
permanently connected on ADSL
Comments please!

My machine's on the net 24/7 with the firewall off, and it's fine
(well, as far as I know :) It gets attacked on a regular basis, but
the majority of them are windows exploits, which of course, don't
work. It is monitored with snort and HenWen.

So far (cross fingers) the only problem has been some taiwanese
spammer getting around my postfix SMTP rules early on in the piece.
Regular checking of mail and HTTP logs helps keep an eye on anything
strange that's being attempted.
By default most ADSL routers will also block incoming traffic to any
ports except the ones you specify. Which if you don't specify, will
probably be all of them.
Have fun,
Shay
