Hi all
Just wondering if anyone else got notice from "mactherapy.com" about
their mailing list membership? As far as I recall I have never
subscribed to it and I would not use this email addy if I did.
Also, the website seems to have only been in operation for a few days.
I was wondering if the addresses were harvested out of WAMUG, since
this would assure them of mac customers.
Opt-out, as Bart would say, both sucks and blows.
It's not spam, as it wasn't actually trying to get you to buy anything.
Presumably Rob Findlay's got a new mail server running mailman and it
sent out the reminder.
I doubt he's harvested addresses off WAMUG as I'm sure he's aware of
what sort of response that would engender from potential customers.
And the message includes information for unsubscribing:

You can visit the URLs to change your membership status or

I note that the web site needs some work as you're probably not meant
to be able to see the tags :)
Thanks,
Shay
