Never really use much the second button on my mouse, but can't live without the scroll wheel. Bought an Apple bluetooth mouse but can't give up the MacAlly's scroll wheel (and can't live with off-on-off connectivity with Apple's mouse's bluetooth connection - 17" Powerbook - just too annoying).
