I am unable to print from VPC6.1.1/OSX10.3.4 either directly through
the installed Windows driver or as a virtual MacInkjet printer. It
comes up with a "printer communication" error whatever sequence of
actions I take. Even if I get back to the queued file on the printer
window in OSX the same error comes up. Everything seems normal as the
document spools and the pretty Windows98 disk and printer lights wink
then it halts. It is not document dependent.
Annoyingly, it used to work fine printing direct to the Epson SP720 but
some update or other has thrown the proverbial spanner in the works. I
have installed all current updates and can not put a time on when it
last worked but it was a month or so ago.
Has anyone else had similar experiences or have anything to offer?

Doubly infuriating as I have done and lodged my tax return with
eTax2004 but can not print off a copy for my records. As an aside,
the ATO have done a great job with eTax2004, now we want an OSX version
!
