Now obviously the disk has to be one or the other but just how can you tell
the two file formats apart ? (pixel count/frame rate ???)
NTSC has a resolution of 720x480 pixels (typically 29.97 frames per second :)
PAL has a resolution of 720x576 pixels (typically 25 frames per second)
