Adobe will offer upgrade pricing to Photoshop CS from *any* version of Photoshop, so don't throw out those old copies. I'll happily buy it off you (with license info) if you don't want it. I'm about to check with them if I can upgrade my copy of Photoshop 1 for Windows 3.11 to Photoshop CS for MacOS X. They did say "any" version, after all... -- Craig Ringer
