Have been running this with my PB for past 12 months now without a
hitch, great for keeping track of appointments as it updates soon as it
comes within distance of PB.

Yes it does. see http://www.apple.com/isync/devices.html for a list of
compatible devices.
I am finally abandoning Entourage and going all Apple with Mail and
Address book and iCal so I'm going to buy a new phone this week too.
I would love some feedback on what everyones using and what the latest
and greatest is too.
