good luck finding one at sensible prices.. been hunting for one for well about 2 years but people want and can get silly money for them - Just last week a couple of first gen 4 year old snow G3 12" 64MB iBooks (in Perth) went for around the $700 mark (and one was _sans_ power addaptor) !!!

I gave up and am getting a salary package quote done up for a new iBook 12". Personally I think that at twice that sort of price a G4 iBook with 4+ times the speed 512 MB RAM , 3 year Apple Service and the fact that a any affordable s/h iBook's Li-Ion battery life would be almost expired the price difference is worth it.

Does anyone have a G3 or G4 12" iBook for sale, or know of one?

Please email off list: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks and Best wishes
edward
