Actually it's "phishing"
If you examine the URL you will notice it points to an IP address rather
than a qualified domain name. I had one last night that was pointing at a
university server in Honk Kong so I I guess they're trying to make some
pocket money for the holidays. When you log in they record your account
details and then go use them to sell bogus stuff. The one I had was
pretending to be from PayPal.
