Hey there Muggers, I would dearly like to archive Entourage email from certain projects that I have finished working on and have catalogued into a series of folders containing subfolders broken down into categories x subject.
The problem I have though is that when I drag a folder on to my desktop in order to create an mbox file, all of the mail held in subfolders is ignored. Is there a way around this - without having to drag all of the emails out of their subfolders so that there is only one folder? That kind of defeats the purpose of having things in easily recognised categories. Thanks in advance for any advice........ Greg
