Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could possibly stream this to my Powerbook or even convert the MPEG-2 it spits out to MPEG-4 for a more permanent storage solution?

Since I got my Powerbook my PC has been sitting pretty idol but said
PC also has a TV capture card. It's a DVICO capture card that can
spit out raw DVD-ready MPEG-2 if need be.
